Gulbenkiam museum displays a rich collection of art treasures both from the East and the West. exhibition is organised in chronological and geographical order creating two independent circuits to tour around. The first circuit highlights Oriental and Classical Art covering Egyptian, Greco-Roman, Mesopotamian, Eastern Islamic, Armenian and Far Eastern Art. The second circuit includes European Art organizes in the sections of the Book, Sculpture, Painting and the Decorative Arts reflecting various European artistic trends from the beginning of the 11th century to the mid-20th century. Gulbeniak museum is open to public free of charge on Sundays and on 18 May.
