There is no one iconic view of London - this city is different depending on the angle of your viewpoint. Some of the best places to experience the most amazing views:
Skyline for free from the top of Parliament Hill. It stands at 98 metres in height in the south east corner of Hampstead Heath, offering views of London including St Paul’s Cathedral, Canary Wharf & the City. The closest tube is Kentish Town.
The latest addition to the attractions in London is a public roof terrace of One New Change shopping mall situated in the heart of London City. Open seven days a week the terrace is proud to offer the best views of prominent St.Paul Cathedral and show it from a completely new angle.
At Horse Guards Arch, Changing the Guard takes place daily at 11.00 am (10.00 am on Sundays) and lasts about half an hour; it is normally held on Horse Guards Parade by the arch of Horse Guards Building. You can watch how twelve mounted troops in traditional costume arrive from their Hyde Park Barracks.
