Housed in the world’s oldest surviving purpose-built museum building Museum of History and Science in Oxford (www.mhs.ox.ac.uk) exhibits interesting collection of early scientific instruments of various scientific fields including astronomy, electricity, chemistry, medicine, microscopy, mathematics and more, as well as organizes specialized exhibitions, gallery tours and table talks. Among other objects you can see a chalkboard that Einstein wrote on in 1931. Free admission.
